Hi, I am having an issue with vertical and horizontal scrolltrigger, it works great without setting up the drag I have commented in the js on codepen the problem area, it seems to nearly duplicate the width when I turn drag on. I tried fixing this by dividing by the number of slides and it fixed it but I'm still not really sure why. Then at the end, it jumps from the slide if you comment out the bit then uncomment it shows the difference any idea how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance -
Hello everyone and thanks in advance for those who want to help me. I am new to the GreenSock world and am trying to reproduce a vertical slider as you can see in the CodePen example. However, I cannot understand how to make the text of the first (lorem ipsum) disappear when the second slide appears. I've tried to do this with a simple toggleClass, but it doesn't work and I don't understand where I'm fossilizing. Can you help me? Thank you

I've attempted to review other forums and while I see how the solution was created in the other codepens. What I'm not sure about is *why* its working and that seems to be my missing piece for the infinite looping vertical images I'm attempting to create. Effectively copied the codepen from 10/5/21 and it works but i cannot figure out how to get the loop to occur seamlessly without any particular jumping.

Hi I was wondering if there are any codepen out there that helps to understand how to apply independently multiple scroll trigger without timeline Im trying to implement sticky position horizontal scroll in webflow https://imgur.com/a/mgiAnPg where the 1st scroll trigger is vertical and the 2nd is horizontal My question is, is it possible to have 2 different embed script to implement this or they interfere? If it is possible, by any chance are there any example out there in GSAP repository?

Hi, I've got ScrollTrigger on a project and have implemented the pairing of horizontal and vertical scrolling. You can view the example code pen in this post. What I'm trying to do now is do some cool effects on each section as it scrolls into and out of view. Hi, I'm having issues trying to get horizontal scrolling and vertical scrolling working correctly using ScrollTrigger. I used a starting point from this great CodePen example: https://codepen.io/nicvh/pen/gOeZKOJ What I have done is actually have the horizontal scrolling panels be various widths as that is what is going to happen on the final project and have made the horizontal scrolling sections appear first before the vertical scrolling sections. As you can see from my CodePen example, there seems to be a huge gap at the end of the horizontal scrolling sections. If I make the individual scrolling panels 100% width then it works but for some reason, the x: () function is returning the incorrect value. I've been racking my brain on this for hours and am hoping that one of the geniuses in these forums can help me out. Thanks

Hi everyone! There is a working script for scrolling news. But the question is how to upload new news, or search for news, if I can not update ScrollTrigger? Trying ScrollTrigger.refresh(true), in documentation effect that I need, but in action I have nothing. So when we click on the "View More"-button we adding new content to list then trigger ScrollTrigger.refresh(true), and scroll positioning should be recalculate, but it does it incorrectly, at the output we have that it does extra scrolling, and at the top we have not 0 but ~-2000px(depends to screen resolution) Maybe I'm doing something wrong, maybe in the wrong sequence? Maybe I'm missing something .. Thank you very much in advance! -

Hey hi, I am completely new to GSAP world, i am trying to learn many things from forum and gsap -demo, and trying from today. this trail is about horizontal scroll, have tried from demos, my plan is to achieve scroll some thing like this header | what-we-do -> work-sec -> about | contact section but after (what-we-do) section, background colors of all sections are disappearing!! have achieved horizontal scroll but its not in a proper way, Please check my code and let me know where did i missed things??

Hello All, I created a Vertically Pinned section with GSAP and scrollTrigger the section link is attached. Basically this is working fine for me but there is a problem. I wants that when I click on a specific anchor then it will scrolled to the specific section I tried different methods but it is not working fine. It will be great if you help me in this case. Hi, I'm new here and I hope I do this correct ? In my codepen I think you can see what I'm trying to do. The page scrolls vertically until it gets to the projects-section where the pages starts scrolling horizontally until the last contact-section. Now, everything works, but I'm not happy with the result. 1. When you scroll down, and leave the last project, the page kind of takes a "shortcut" down to the contact part. In reverse the same happens when you leave "projects" and enters "about". I believe this has to do with the scrub-function(?), but is there a way to get around this? 2. The horizontal part scrolls smooth, but too fast I think. Help please. 3. As mentioned, the horizontal part scrolls smooth, but not the vertical. Can I wrap the whole thing in another scrollTrigger and add a scrub, or is there a better way to get smooth scrolling through the whole page? I know it was a lot, but if I just could get a hint on at least one question I would be super thankful. Cheers

Hi guys, for a website project, i would like to perform a path animated sparkle along a cable / wire while scrolling down. Do you think it is possible to perform this kind of animated path with Tween ? Maybe with the Raphael plugin ? I think i gonna use SuperScrollarama for handling the vertical scrolling combined with TweeMax library, depending on the ability to perform animated path with Tween of course. Any ideas or inspiration website ? Thanks ! Cheers, Chris
