Question abtou what effects would be matched? / Vertical and fixed slides

Hi! I would like to make the scroll effected content like the below images. As my desire, if you scrolled down,the top of slides(section) would change to the second one but the screen position would keep bing fixed till the last one was scrolled. I am wondering what effects would be matched for this from GSAP? And I want to put the pagination like Swiper on the side if possible, but this priority is not much high.

Hi. I was trying to reverse engineer this demo using the Modifiers plugin: https://codepen.io/GreenSock/pen/QEdpLe I got it to go downwards on the Y access okay, but I'm running into issues getting to get it to go up. Any help? Also, if you could explain how the % mod works, that would be great. Please no jquery.

Hello everyone and thanks in advance for those who want to help me. I am new to the GreenSock world and am trying to reproduce a vertical slider as you can see in the CodePen example. However, I cannot understand how to make the text of the first (lorem ipsum) disappear when the second slide appears. I've tried to do this with a simple toggleClass, but it doesn't work and I don't understand where I'm fossilizing. Can you help me? Thank you
