Greensock's license for commercial use

Hello!
Can I user Greensock's "No charge" license, if  I want to develop website that represents new product and advertises other products with prices or I have to sign up for a "Business Green" Club GreenSock membership?

ex. websites:

Yep, you can use the "no charge" license. 

 

Although the example websites surely have more than one developer working on the site, so they would need a "BusinessGreen" license. The "BusinessGreen" license is If you either have multiple developers working on the same project or you're building a product that you sell to multiple end users, let's say a Wordpress theme and you sell that in some sort of store.

And you get a lot of goodies if you do pay for the product and you also support future development https://greensock.com/club/ Personally I feel the tools pay for them self!

Just to clarify, there are only two things that trigger the need for a "Business Green" membership (commercial license):

1. If you're collecting a fee from MULTIPLE customers for the site/app/product in which you leverage GreenSock technology. This includes micro transactions, subscription fees, etc. 
2. If you've got multiple developers who will be using the bonus plugins (like MorphSVGPlugin, ScrollSmoother, DrawSVGPlugin, etc.). It wouldn't be appropriate, for example, to get a "Shockingly Green" membership which is for 1 individual, and then you share that with a bunch of other developers. The appropriate thing to do would be to get the "Business Green" membership that covers the correct number of developers. 

Hopefully you'll find that the membership pays for itself in a matter of days or weeks when you consider all the time it'll save you, the increased compatibility/performance, etc.
