Alternating property direction with any array

Although alternate isn't technically accurate I feel like it does a decent job of what is happening.

 

I'd say pattern and rule are pretty close on my list.

 

The only thing new I have to add is "cycle".

Is stagger the only one that can accept this randomized function?

 

I kind of like alt... easiest to type and it could either stand for alternate or alternative which, to me, seems to be what its doing. Supplying alternative values.

I like "cycle". It kinda describes it in a more 'visual' sort of way.

Yes, Elliot, it only works in the "stagger" methods due to the performance and kb cost it would impose to bake it into the entire engine across the board. 

 

Seems like the name finalists are "alt" and "cycle". Thoughts?
