Could be a solution. Seems work. I need only last thing. After the scaling of the header i need to move it form the center of container to the top .
Its possible ?

I need to scale the text to the size of its parent container.
Then there remains the rest of the animation, which is honestly a little more difficult for me. -

Great! Yes, that was the solution. I placed the section after within the same section where the horizontal scroll is located. I some questions:
1) how do I upload the minimal code pen demo here ?
2) in the horizontal scroll sticky here is it possible to decrease the scroll speed ?
3) can I block the panels that scroll a few pixels before reaching the edge of the container (container start)?Thanks to @Rodrigo and @GSAP Helper too.

Thank you mvaneijgen. I didn't think i can do it with one big timeline that plays in order. Very helpful
