janivibe
Hi there, maybe it's a noob kind of question, but still I want to ask because I am not understanding this. I have used the SplitText library and animated it. The animation runs correctly, but if the page refreshes or opens for the first time, this text initially shows at 0 for a few milliseconds, and after that, it animates from y: "210%". And this issue is happening with the 'from()' function only, not with the 'to()' function. But with the 'to()' function, I am not able to create the same animation. After trying multiple approaches and not being able to solve this, I thought I should seek help from the GSAP forum. I hope you can help me. Solution Sahil Posted June 20 Solution Share Posted June 20 You can set opacity of h1 tag to 0 in css, then set it back to 1 before animation. See the Pen JjqLjaj by SahilAFX (@SahilAFX) on CodePen
Cassie
And here's the "why" behind why this happens... https://gsap.com/resources/fouc/
