Solution GreenSock Posted May 22 Solution Share Posted May 22 Very sorry about that, @Sam Tremblay! It was completely our fault. Our hosting company is migrating us to a new, upgraded server and forgot to disable cronjobs, so it resulted in duplicate charges for several customers. I'm so sorry! Please accept our apologies. We refunded the charges almost immediately, but it might take a little time to show up on your card. This is embarrassing and completely unacceptable in my view. We place a TON of value on trust that we've built with our customers and this was a violation of that trust. Ugh! I'm really angry about this and I hope you can forgive us.
