Observer transitions, then vertical scroll - ScrollTrigger

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to create an Observer section with scroll sections above and below. I've adapted a previous pen with a horizontal scroll Observer section, it seems to work fine on first enter, however on enter back seems to jump a panel. I'm wanting to keep the tolerance's quite high. 

Why is this? Any help / direction would be great.

Amazing, thanks Jack—this is perfect. Presumed it was the gotoPanel function but would never have been able to figure out that logic without your input so big thanks! Will be using this a lot down the line I think. Thanks again!
