Scrollsmoother issue: stuck after randomly resize

We are using ScrollSmoother. But when we resize the browser window sometimes we are getting stuck in ScrollSmoother window.. Looks like the fake scroll function is broken. After resizing it is solved. Is this a known issue?

I don't think I've ever seen that before, no. A few questions: 

• Are you using the latest version of GSAP/ScrollTrigger/ScrollSmoother (3.12.5)? 
• Do you see any errors in the console when you experience the problem? 
• Do you have a minimal demo that clearly illustrates the issue (like a CodePen or Stackblitz)?
