Showing SVG on Scroll Trigger and Scrub

Hello guys. Attached code pen. I am new to GSAP and you can see the animation its basically at a background on a website I want to start showing this on my scroll trigger with my scrub I am a little new to gsap cannot do it can you guys please check it.
Attaching the SVG too if you want to do it. The gaps that are coming has elements between them and it will come like this in the attached screen shot. Attaching the svg too. Please make it happen for me.

Vague details like 'it doesn't work' are very difficult for people to help with. Here are some tips that will increase your chance of getting a solid answer:

• A clear description of the expected result - "I am expecting the purple div to spin 360degrees"
• A clear description of the issue -  "the purple div only spins 90deg"
• A list of steps for someone else to recreate the issue - "Open the demo on mobile in IOS safari and scroll down to the grey container" 
• A minimal demo - if possible, using no frameworks, with minimal styling, only include the code that's absolutely necessary to show the issue. Please don't include your whole project. Just some colored <div> elements is great.

Please keep in mind that we can't provide free general consulting services, like "I want it to do ___ and ___ and ____ and then ___, please show me how to build it". I'd encourage you to take baby steps and focus on one problem at a time. As a specific question and provide a minimal demo. Then, once that's done, move on and ask your next question if you get stuck.
