Vertical cards scroll animation

Hi all. How create this cards scroll animation help me.

We love helping with GSAP-related questions, but unfortunately we just don't have the resources to provide free general consulting or "how do I recreate this cool effect?" custom tutorials. Of course anyone else is welcome to post an answer if they'd like - we just want to manage expectations.  

 

From a quick glance, it looks like you could create a vertical animation of those elements (ignore the swiping for now, just imagine a smooth animation playing all the way through as if the user was dragging their finger steadily the whole way). It looks like maybe they're scaling things or rotating a big wheel in 3D, and then you could hook that up to a Draggable that'd update the progress() of that animation in an onDrag. 

 

Here's a CodePen that it reminded me of, but obviously it's on the horizontal axis instead:
