License inquiry for introduction page

As company A, we received an order from company B and created an introduction page. 
1 page was created. I used GSAP's basic scroll trigger animation.

Do we have to buy a license from the GSAP side?
A clear answer is needed.

Basically, if your GSAP-enhanced site/product generates a fee from multiple users (including micro-transactions, subscription fees, etc.), it requires the commercial license which comes with Business Green memberships.

 

The only other reasons to sign up for Club GreenSock are to 1) get the bonus members-only plugins, or 2) to support our ongoing development efforts. But please don’t feel any pressure. We’re passionate about having happy customers around here, and we never want someone’s money if they don’t feel like they’re getting incredible value. 
 

So if you just used the core/public library (ScrollTrigger included) in a site for which a fee isn't collected from multiple customers, the standard "no charge" license covers that. It's even fine if you charge a one-time development fee.
