Simple animation on side image fixed until text scroll is over

Hello.

I'm new to GSAP and ScrooTrigger and I'm trying to make a simple animation where an image is fixed in the center of the viewport, while the text next to it follows the scroll.

I tried several things with different results, but it doesn't look good.

If someone can help me to understand how to do it, I will be grateful.

Hi @GreenSock thank you for your answer.

 

I tested it and the unpin may vary on the image height.

Can you unpin the image when the text bottom reach the image bottom? This may add consistency. Thank you!
