Animation triggering for all elements, rather than after the element is scrolled past

I have a section which contains some cards. 

 

For each card, after you scroll past them, it will "reveal" that card, one by one.

 

However, currently, when you go past the first card, the animation plays and all the cards will start to reveal, rather than when they're scrolled past.

 

How can I trigger them to play one by one?
