Please tell me if I need a business license

Do I need a business license if ?

1. I develop the product requested by Client A
2. Client A sells the product to another Client B for a fee.
3. Client B publishes the product to end users for free

Good question, @fujiwara.

 

You need the business license if multiple customers are charged a fee. So if you develop a product for Client A for a fee, and then Client A sells it to Client B for a fee, two customers have been charged a fee now for that product so it would require the special commercial license that comes with "Business Green" Club GreenSock memberships. If you charge a one-time development fee for that product/site and nobody else is ever charged a fee of any kind related to that product, you don't need the commercial license.
