GreenSock
Good question, @fujiwara. You need the business license if multiple customers are charged a fee. So if you develop a product for Client A for a fee, and then Client A sells it to Client B for a fee, two customers have been charged a fee now for that product so it would require the special commercial license that comes with "Business Green" Club GreenSock memberships. If you charge a one-time development fee for that product/site and nobody else is ever charged a fee of any kind related to that product, you don't need the commercial license. Does that clear things up? Our hope is that the Club GreenSock membership would more than pay for itself in a matter of days or weeks when you consider all the time it will save, the added capabilities, performance and compatibility, etc. Happy tweening!
