Form particles based on motion path and scroll event

Hello, i'm bit looking to achieve something like the following https://dala.craftedbygc.com , as it shown in the previous website, the particles take a form based on scrolling event and a given motion path.

any one could help me reached that. thanks in advance.

As we state in the forum guidelines we don't have capacity to investigate, recreate or explain how to create custom effects found on other websites. Something like that first requires knowledge of WebGL, like three.js. Once you can render stuff they way you like with three.js, it's pretty straightforward how to animate it with GSAP.
