Text Animation START not correct

When i scroll the text shows later than must be. "start: 'top 60%'" not work correctly

Can you explain problem better?
Also on a quick look at the code it looks like there has been many scrollTrigger instances almost one for each line and word. I do not think that's required. What you may want is on scroll the text comes line by line? 

Something like this ? FYI this is not cleanest looking thing, just for better understanding of problem.
