Making a rotatable cube that moves with mouse movement

I'm looking to recreate something similar to the one on the homepage here - https://2019.lesanimals.digital/en

 

On this page, here are 4 edges, I need 3 edges simulating a cube shape with this smooth movement on mouse movement.

 

How can I start? Can anyone please suggest some methods / gsap library functions to get me started? Thanks!

GSAP animates any property of any object - it's unrelated to the rendering layer or building something structurally/visually like what you described. You may want to look into something like PixiJS (which of course you can animate with GSAP).
