Scroll position to move element

Hello

I'm new to animation and GSAP and I tried things for what I'm looking for but nothing seems to work, I dont know if I am missing something or what.

 

I would like to move a circle as an indicator of scrolling through a parent div of 100% height on position fixed. I need to get the position of my scrolling bar in % to position my circle along the div from 0% (top of the page) to 100% (bottom of the page). Any idea if that's possible to do this with GSAP ?

I don't know if I understand your issue 100%, but you can use ScrollTrigger.
