michgh
Hi guys, I did this interaction with scroll trigger, but my team members brought up the lack of smoothness in Safari. Can you guys take a look and let me know if there is something that I can add to make the effect smoother or if there is another way to achieve this animation. It was made just for desktop. thank you for your help Mich See the Pen BaQYyqj by michgh (@michgh) on CodePen
GreenSock
Unfortunately we don't have the resources to provide free general consulting services and performance audits in these forums, but we'd be glad to answer any GSAP-specific questions. I can tell you for sure that using "blur" filter and box-shadow can be VERY taxing on the CPU. That's completely unrelated to GSAP. It's a browser rendering issue. I'd strongly recommend avoiding those. Maybe try dropping them and seeing if it significantly improves performance (my guess is it will). Happy tweening!
