VideoLoader & Plug-in Cancelled

I am working with the VideoLoader and have a fine time with it in test mode, but upon publish, both local and remote viewing do not load videos that are in a relative position to the presenting swf and it's parent html. I have tried absolute and relative URLs.

 

Is this because I will need to have them on a Streaming Server? I understand this MAY not be at all related to LoaderMax code and just would like to exclude issues

I wonder if it's a server issue - are your MIME types set up properly?
