It seems the brightness() requires a % sign (I thought you could use a 0-1 range without percentages). I would normally use percentage values, but didn't think I would be allowed to have a random number item, and just have a percentage symbol after it. Turns out, you can! Sorry for not having a CodePen demo. The single line of code I included in my post is pretty much it, really. I figured there was just some syntax error in it that I was missing or unaware was an issue. It's working now... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
