Happyegg wave animation

What I saw on the happy egg website on the GSAP.

I have no idea how I would even start or in which direction I should be looking to create the homepage wave animation with the mouse movement. If I could get some tips or examples to look at, it would help me a long way!  Appreciate if you could assist.

Thanks for your reply, I tried to modify the above example
I set the right color to transparent , and set a background image of canvas.
the whole canvas will change to left color.
Besides, if there is no mouse movement, the middle line will become a straight line instead of animated wave

I said it was similar. Not identical.

It should be possible to modify the demo in the linked thread to add that behavior.
