Draggable to draw a line with mouse or touch?

Hi there,

 

I'm new to greensock so apologies if I'm asking a question that has been answered many times.

 

With GS is it possible to let a user draw lines as you would with a standard paint program? I thought maybe this could be achieved using dragging and a path together somehow?
