Im New :) Circle draw by Mouse X position

Hi
I want i Circle filled by Mouse Movement , when i move the mouse in X Direction.

Guys i think it works fine for me but it looks a little weird. What u think about it? 
Can i use it like this, or is it a bad decision?

I added some animation so that it's not so jarring. It just feels better to my eye
