Image slider tweening with motion blur?

Hey all,

 

I am a proud Really Green Club Greensock member and I had a question about motionBlurs. I am looking to achieve something like this http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/categories/departments/bedroom/10651/

 

The image slides and blurs at the same time. It looks very cool. Can anyone maybe detail how this is accomplished or maybe send a link to a tutorial? Thanks in Advance!

Check out the motionBlur example in the Plugin Explorer. It should be pretty easy - just do an x tween and set motionBlur:true (don't forget to activate the MotionBlurPlugin first)

I realize this post is from 2010, but what happened to this  MotionBlurPlugin? Is it deprecated?

Hi,

 

I wasn't even writing code back in 2010, but this plugin was for Flash and it won't work with JS/HTML. Honestly IDK if it would work with Adobe Animate now a days.

 

You can download it from your dashboard and try though. In your dashboard select the Archived link in order to display all the archived files you can download and click on AS3 (Business Green) in order to get the ZIP file. Then explore the content to find the plugin in the Plugins folder.
