Why does my page auto scroll when it's refocus? Help!

Hello I have created HTML http://design.devboxx.in/daniel/ using GSAP and I am facing auto-scrolling issue, when I am scrolling page down to The Story Of Daniel section page scrolling automatically up, why? can you help me? adding CUSTOM.JS file here. Thank you, Dinesh Wagh. custom.js
