I'm trying to understand why when animating stacked elements simultaneously results in a flicker of borders, particularly the last one. I'm guessing it's due to rounding somewhere along the way, but can't explain why it happens on some animations and not others. The codepen demonstrates the problem if you look at the bottom elements' borders.
