My designers are asking for cost estimates to include a responsive opening animation sequence similar to https://www.cellag.org/ Specifically the Bubble filling behind the text and the leaves / clouds moving in the cityscape. It is likely this site will be built using Oxygen Builder / Wordpress ... We don't have the contract to build the site yet just after a rough price to include in our proposal. Thanks in advance
