Pedro Henrique Bufulin

I'm making a personal page for myself, and I make a "outrun" like banner, which is a seemless loop I made on blender. Gsap only puts the text in the middle of it. Anyway, sometimes the video doesn't play, so I'm not sure if I want to use it. Is there a way to create the same header video, but as an svg, and then use gsap to animate it?
