What I need is a template of a web banner. I used to know all the HTML/CSS stuff but it's been a long time. So that being said, I am looking for someone to build out just like a 160X600 GSAP ad banner. From there I can extrapolate what I need from there on. The initial loads are 440K and then polite loads being up to 2.2MB. No rich media. I just need a starting point and am willing to pay for it. I appreciate any response on this matter.
