    I had the same problem. Firstly, a changed Stage Quality to LOW. stage.quality = StageQuality.LOW; Secondly, I swap Vector Graphics with Bitmaps. Third, i cached all MovieClip in my Animation as Bitmap. MovieClip.cacheAsBitmap = true; Forth, i turn on GPU in Publishing Settings. This 5 tips, gain performance by 500% i guess.
