Sure, but that wouldn't be inside the physics2D object - that only relates to positional data (x/y). So you could do something like this:

TweenLite.to(obj, 3, {physics2D:{velocity:200, angle:60, gravity:100}, scaleX:2, scaleY:2, alpha:0});

Notice the scaleX, scaleY, and alpha are not inside the physics2D object.
