MoDetails
Dear all, I would like to use your tool to have a text-scrolling effect like https://www.lovefrom.com on my Squarespace-Homepage. Can you tell me what plan is needed from your site and how I can integrate it into my square-space website? Thank you!
Rodrigo
Hi @MoDetails and welcome to the GSAP Forums! GSAP can definitely do that regardless of the framework you use since GSAP is framework agnostic, is just javascript so it'll work everywhere, sometimes is just about adding the files in the right place and the right order. Take a look at the ScrollTrigger demos collection for a good starting point: https://codepen.io/collection/AEbkkJ Also check the ScrollTrigger docs in order to learn how to use it: https://gsap.com/docs/v3/Plugins/ScrollTrigger/ Finally we have a series of videos in our youtube channel and a learning center that should help you getting started: https://gsap.com/resources https://www.youtube.com/@GreenSockLearning If you have any specific question about GSAP, remember to include a minimal demo. Happy Tweening!
MoDetails
Hi @Rodrigo Thank you for your reply. It sounds great that GSAP can do this. But can you tell me how this exactly works for Squarespace-Websites? I couldn't find this info in the links you mentioned. Thank you!
Rodrigo
Hi, Maybe you should check the installation page: https://gsap.com/docs/v3/Installation Also check this page by Squarespace: https://developers.squarespace.com/custom-javascript Unfortunately I have no experience with Squarespace so I couldn't really tell you how to proceed. Hopefully this helps. Happy Tweening!
