Hello,

 

my first post here. I am trying to figure out how the Background with the blurry bubbles and scaling

on page change was achieved and hoping some of you can give me some ideas. I just saw it's made

with HTML5 Canvas and saw some GSAP Plugins in the .js.

Also if you want to improve performance WebGL is a good choice, you could mix PIXI's Blur and Color filters:
