scrollTrigger pin overlap

i want the project-container infront of the marquee-container. how to do that ?

not sure if that's what you want i used z-index here to fix the overlap problem and also changed the end trigger for the pin now it is perfectly aligned with the section3 , before that, it was overlapping it a little, also some height for the marquee container to prevent this height cut and the marquee i centered it with position absolute , take care from pinned elements inside a container that uses display:flex creating some weird behaviour some times

Yep, @Toso is right, just position and z-index on the CSS seems to fix it. Here is another alternative as well:
