Streaming Pulse Svg Animation?

Hi guys, so I've been 'mirin this effect for a while but haven't been able to find any similar examples showing how it's achieved😕

It's from the official NextJS website https://nextjs.org/

They refer to it as the streaming pulse effect, you can find it in this element and the one below. 

 

I'm not particularly proficient at animating svgs, but I presume it's using a shape with motion blur? If anyone has an example to share using gsap I'd be forever thankful!

We love helping with GSAP-related questions, but unfortunately we just don't have the resources to provide free general consulting,"how do I recreate this cool effect I saw on another site?" tutorials. Of course anyone else is welcome to post an answer if they'd like - we just want to manage expectations.  

 

If I were to build this I would do this by drawing everything in a vector program (Affinity Designer, Gimp, Illustrator) and then use the Draw SVG plugin, check out the collection page on Codepen, you will probably find something similar.

 

I would then just start creating something on codepen and post back here with your minimal demo when you get stuck, someone will be surely here to point you in the right direction. Hope it helps and happy tweening!
