Looking for a freelance GSAP expert!

I'm looking for a GSAP expert to help nail down the scroll feel on a client website I'm working on.

 

I've taken the project as far as I can but I don't even know how to go to the next step. What I am trying to get close to is something like the scrolling behaviour on this site: https://monitoring.reputationsquad.com/ but with horizontal scrollTrigger animations. 

 

If that's something you think you can help with please email me at dan@amfm.ca and I'd be happy to provide more details. The best I can figure is that in may involve doing some thing like this demo
