Looking for a freelancer - Horizontal scroll with Ajax

I have a project that uses the horizontal scroll feature. At the moment it works perfectly in a static HTML environment, but when I built my Wordpress custom theme, it takes forever to load the content. Some users say the browser crashes. 

 

To get around this I tried to load the content with AJAX as one scrolls, but I just can't seem to figure it out.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I found the problem. The reason why it was loading so slow is because of the "wp-block-library" stylesheet. I've dequeued it, and problem solved.
