How to Wait For Animation Finish Before Allowing New Scroll Events in react typescript?

I would like to ignore all scroll events until the currently acting timeline is finished. What would you all recommend?

This demo should provide some insight on how to use the Observer plugin and only when it is done animating move to a normal scroll flow. Hope it helps and happy tweening!
