Fixing a section when flipping

Hi everyone, I'm trying to make a page that has a navigation in the first section that scrolls to the desired section, but it also needs that when you scroll or swipe, the sections scroll to the next and fix, if anyone can help I will be very grateful. I found a very similar implementation, but it does not work in mobile on a swipe, although this is what I need
