Dynamically Change Color on Scroll

Hello and Merry Christmas,

 

I am attempting to dynamically change the title color based on the title underlay.

 

Ideally i would like the text to be white while there is the video or other element under and then have the title text be black when over the white background. 

 

I have tried many Iterations and help would be much appreciated.

I can't think of a simple way to force it to always be either white or black per your request. That's using mix-blend-mode right now, and there are no options that'd do what you're asking. You may be able to do a complex masking thing that'd basically reveal another copy of that text within certain areas, but that sounds tricky. I wish I had a silver bullet for you. Maybe someone else has an idea. 🤷‍♂️
