scrollTrigger dose not work for me when I use scroll snap

I have a red line on the left side of the text of the About title and I trying to get it to animate from 0 to the full amount I, but I can't get it to work when I use scroll snap, I was wondering if anyone knows how to solve this

I noticed several problems: 

1. You were loading multiple [old] versions of GSAP and ScrollTrigger as well as a script.js file that didn't exist.
2. You aren't using the actual page as a scroller - you've got the ".container" set up as the scroller, so you need to tell ScrollTrigger that. By default, it uses the window/body as the scroller.
