Importing GSAP plugins to vscode

Hello all,
I have trouble importing gsap plugin to vscode via CDN. None of the plugin is working. Help please!

I'm not familiar with vscode, but I wonder if it would work better to do an NPM install rather than using the CDN in this case? The package includes a bunch of TypeScript files which are often what editors use for type checking, etc. Have you seen this?: http://greensock.com/install
