We love helping with GSAP-related questions, but unfortunately we just don't have the resources to provide free general consulting, logic troubleshooting, or "how do I recreate this cool effect I saw on another site?" tutorials. Of course anyone else is welcome to post an answer if they'd like - we just want to manage expectations.  

What I can tell you is that your reference website is making use of WebGL via three.js - the airplane is properly a custom-crafted 3D model built with some sort of 3D modeling software like e.g. Blender.

Here is a popular codepen demo with an airplane animated on scroll, making use of the same technology (although of course I can not tell where what software that model was made with). Maybe this can give you an idea for how to get started. Happy tweening!
