How to make animation in each horizontal scrolling after it center the div?

So I have a project here wheren in when the scroll is on center of div per pin I want to make animation on those text the part of .module .title or the .module h6  but I don't know how..It supposed to have animation when the scrolling make the section on center already but I don't know how to do it anyone can give me an idea or just basic sample of it.
