ScrollTrigger pinned elements snapping

Hi guys, I recently started using gsap, love how many things can be done super simple.
But I have this issue that I just can't get my head around it.
I have this video section with playback controlled by scrolling, and it's a complete rip off, I saw  this effect that I wanted to recreate and found some tutorial on YT.
What's more important, I want to add blocks of text going over the video in the same time while video runs via scrolling. So, my main problem is, how to pin those text blocks (divs), and unpin them so that each block shares the same amount of time spent in the viewport. Not snapping like you can see in the codepen example.
Don't know if this was clear enough, I would gladly re-elaborate. If it helps, here is the link of the current project - things will be polished.
