sending ease property as a parameter

I would like to have have an xml where i can write properties for tweens, and then in Actionscript i would send those properties as parameters to a method, where the tweens would be created.

 

How could I send then the ease property? Should it be a string, an integer?

If you need to parse the ease from a String (like in XML), you can use the EaseLookup class that's in the com.greensock.easing package. You just pass in the String, like:

 

TweenLite.to(mc, 1, {x:100, ease:EaseLookup.find("Strong.easeOut")});
