how can i reverse the present movie clip and when clicked another button play another movie clip?

If you want to play a MovieClip backwards, you can tween its frame number, like:

 

TweenMax.to(mc, mc.currentFrame, {frame:1, ease:Linear.easeNone, useFrames:true});

 

Feel free to use an onComplete to trigger something else when that tween completes.
