ScrollTrigger jump to section debounce

In the examples section you have 2 codepen examples that have the jump to section demos. They work great if you scroll a tiny bit and have the duration at a higher number.

 

The attached codepen is a fork of the demo where I lowered the duration to 0.2.

 

If you use a trackpad or a magic mouse or any scroll with momentum it shoots through all panels in one shot.

 

Is there a demo where it has a debounce on the scroll or a scroll jack that each flick or scroll action will advance one panel at a time?
